Description of Class
This program is for companies that have been on the GSA Schedule for four years or less. If you have not met your sales goal of $25,000 during the first two years and $25,000 during each year thereafter this class is a must.
The program is divide into two sections
1. Maintaining your contract and
2. Winning more contracts
Maintaining your contract
The program will cover the Economic Price Adjustment and what it means to you and GSA. We will also cover the process for making changes to your price list, adding and subtracting items. There will be a section on JWOD and the problems that it can cause to your contract and how you can end up owning the government lots of money.
We will also cover the process of paying your IFF and preparing for your Audit. Everyone will be audited before the end of each contract period, failing the audit can cost you money and loss of your contract.
Winning more awards
This section will cover the methods of marketing your GSA Schedule in such a way as to build confidence with the buyer and Contracting Officer. We will cover the biggest complaints we hear every day from buyers nationwide. We will cover the rules set up by GSA on how you can market and the methods that have gotten others in trouble.
