Service Overview:
The GSA Schedule Package Preparation Service is designed for clients who want SBCA to prepare, assemble and complete their entire GSA Schedule application

The key steps included in our preparing of your GSA Schedules are: 

  • SBCA will complete your Vendor Response Document based on your current CCR and ORCA registration and you providing us your selling terms and conditions.
  • SBCA will complete your SF-1449 form for you
  • SBCA will complete your Open Ratings performance submission based on the 15 customer contact information that your provide us.
  • SBCA will provide you with a template to transfer your products Manufactures Suggested Retail (MSRP) price, your Most Favored Customer (MFC) price and your GSA Price.
  • SBCA will provide you with template to input your labor rates by job description. SBCA will check your price list for competitive pricing and conformance to GSA Pricing regulations.
  • SBCA will prepare you Paper Price list as specified in the GSA Schedule Instructions.
  • SBCA will complete your Commercial Sales Practices Forms (CSP-1) for you based on your selling terms and conditions.
  • SBCA will prepare your Agent of Authority letter so that SBCA can participate during the negations process.
  • SBCA will provide you with templates to write your Technical Past performance and will then edit your past performance documents for completeness and conformance to GSA regulations.
  • SBCA will prepare your Letters of Supply for each vendor that you wish to submit to GSA as your initial submission.
  • SBCA will prepare your Letter of Compliance
  • SBCA will complete your Blanket Purchase Agreement Forms for you
  • SBCA will complete your proposal Checklist as required.
  • SBCA will recommend whether you submit in Paper Format or Electronic:
  • If elect to submit as a paper format we will prepare all copies required (printed on both sides) and send them to you ready for signature and mailing to GSA Contracting Officer. You will also receive electronic copies of all documents on CD-ROM
  • If you elect to submit your application electronically we will upload your documents for you to “eOffer”. You must register your company on “eOffer” and list SBCA as a contact for negotiations.
