Service Overview:
The GSA Schedule Package Preparation Service is designed for clients who want SBCA to prepare, assemble and complete their entire GSA Schedule application
- You will need to submit a GSA Schedule Assessment form GSA Schedule Assessment
- We will conduct a telephone interview with the contact that filled out the form to ensure that the products are commercial and company meets the requirements for GSA Schedule success
- SBCA will identify all documents and completed forms that the applicant must provide for us to complete and package their GSA Schedule
- SBCA will examine all documents and completed forms from the applicant to ensure that all required items have been provided and notify the applicant if important information is missing
- Contact the applicant via email and telephone to discuss and obtain the missing information and/or data needed by SBCA to prepare special GSA Schedule compliant elements of the package
- We give you a template to follow for the CSP-1 form and price lists
- Our service includes editing of the technical section of the Past Performance report
- This is needed to prove that you can compete when providing services
- Complete the GSA Schedule Contract, ensuring that it is in conformance with GSA and FAR regulations.
- Assemble the package, including contract, completed checklist, and all required attachments
- Identify places where signatures are required in the entire GSA Schedule
- Transmit the prepared package via 2nd day delivery service to the you with all required copies and the master in a three ring note book
- Within 28 days you will receive a letter from GSA identifying any additional information required

We do not charge a flat fee for this services because all companies are not structured the same. Some are much more difficult than others are and we do not feel that a one price fits all is the proper method of pricing.
